The quotation will be valid for 14 calendar days.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost is payable in a case of a cancellation less than 14 days before the event date.
Work will only commence after receiving a purchase order number.
When the product has been delivered the client has one week to suggest alterations, then the bill will follow.
Three alteration sessions with less that 15% of changes from the initial brief, is included.
For alterations exceeding 15% of changes from the initial brief, a new quotation will be sent for the extra work.
If the work time exceeds 4 calendar weeks in duration, a progress payment of 50% of the balance will be payable from the date of the acceptance of the quotation.
